I'm unable to make a screen shot of the set up in QTR or make an attachment here. I have put a comparison print on my drop box page:
\\FRANK-PC\user\Frank\Dropbox\FrankHunter
It shows a completed print and a print that has been cropped at the bottom. The cropping is not always the same.
It definitely has to do with the panorama size in this case 36" long by 16" wide. All other prints seem to work as they should. I have tried to use center image and fit and have tried without these.

Frank,
I guess I'm not sure I completely understand the symptoms. It does notsounds like my other scenarios.
Send me screen captures of the paper size, print preview setup, and a pictureof the result.

If I changed the paper size to 15" from 16" wide on my 3880 would I avoid the flag you are speaking about. Is there a sequence that can correct the cropping of the image.

Thats right it prints the full 36 inches but crops into the image at the bottom (of a horizontal image) about a third. My thought was that the driver for the print is in QTR and so the error is in the information sent to the printer. If it is in the epson software I don't know where to start looking.
