It would be additionally helpful if you created a downloadable PDF version of your web page description and instructions so we can puzzle things out at leisure. I saved it as a “web archive”, but PDFs are more useful.

I mentioned in a different thread a tool I put together that automatically generates a correction curve based on a standard 21-step measurement file. It it pretty simple to use and I stayed up way too late putting together screenshots and instructions and posted it on my site with a few examples of what the correction curve does to the resulting quad curves once they are installed. This is not something that works directly with the quad files, but is something that is used with the ink descriptor file for the standard qtr profiling process. I will try to create some problematic profiles that fail to linearize the standard way to show how this will get something that will print without throwing the "Lab values out of order" error at the linearization stage.
