I assume you mean OSX Printer Presets.
Well I know where they are but they are not easy to look at.
They are in:
/Users/username/Library/Preferences/com.apple.print.custompresets ...
There are both Presets that are global and ones for a printer.

I have all the profile curves, but not the settings that are in the printer QTR interface box (you know, the place where the blending of the three curves occurs by putting in the curve, and the percentage of each that is used for highlights, mid-tones, and shadows).
Is it possible to get that from a file on the HD? It obviously needs to be stored somewhere, but I haven't found the location for this information.
