Thanks to everyone who has responded. These are icc profiles from Ilford for their Gallerie Classic Gloss paper. Dragging them to CurrentOS or MacHD/Library/ColorSync/Profiles and authenticating them still doesn't get them to show up in PS6 when I use Photoshop manages colors. I did get them to show up in Print Tool by putting them in the CurrentOS or MacHD/Library/ColorSync/Profiles/QTR folder as suggested in a previous post. I've got a post on the Adobe Community Forum too, but no satisfactory answer yet.

You shouldn't need to do any command line
trickery with the RGB profiles to get them to show up PS CC.
I just drag them into CurrentOS or
MacHD/Library/ColorSync/Profiles and authenticate with your
admin password. When I switch right back to Photoshop they
are right there in the massive list with all the other
profiles (getting rid of those ICCs I'll never use is
next on my list).
