Will,

I noticed your subject line after sending... Oops.

Rather than give you bad advice I'm going to defer to a Mac user! The procedure for Windows is completely different because QTR has a standalone interface in Windows, and in Mac it's a printer driver.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
