With OEM inks, copy a profile that is in the folder already and made for that inkset and a similar paper. The main variable is probably going to be your K ink limit to optimize the dmax. You'll want to clear the linearization data and re-linearize the profile.
Only the LK and LLK are "gray" inks. The LM and LC are going to be "toners." They'll be used sparingly. (I'm not sure if the OEM ink profiles use the M and C also. If so, they'd be in the appropriate toner channels with the densities calculated in the usual manner.)

I installed QTR (Windows 7) and it works fine with one of the provided profiles (Epson 3880 with UC inks in my case). But, I made a profile with its curve creator and named it UCpk-3880PremiumLuster. When I print from QTR I get these wild colors. In the curve creator, I entered the inks other than black as grey (nothing else seemed to fit). If anyone has an idea what I've done wrong I would greatly appreciate it. In making the curve I followed Paul Roark's tutorial on using a scanner (if this works I'll get better gear later).
