I don't recommend it for serious work, but the dyes on metallic paper have a lot of "pop," which makes for nice brochures.

I downloaded qtr for the 1430 and in the print dialogue box I am not getting the curve settings, the controls are there but the only thing that shows is the ink profile...like K6. I have the standard epson inks in the printer, just got the printer, and would like to see if I can get this to work. Have qtr also on my epson 4000. Any input appreciated.
