Thank you I tried changing the name as suggested but just get

ALERT! **** Printer Description File (PPD) not found for printer 1500


First try re-installing QTR via the Install-QTR-###.pkg file

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
