My vote is for qimage for "quality" multiple images.  It has very good
resizing algorithms, and will do a final sharpening to the resized
image appropriate to its dimensions.  

Set Qimage to output to a TIFF file in the folder monitored by QTR,
and it will automatically print.  Unless you change QTR curves with
each photo, it isn't a bad workflow.

If all you want is contact sheets, then it doesn't much matter what
workflow you choose.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
