QTR-Quadtone RIP

Hi Steven I did fix it but I'm not sure what actually fixed it. I reinstalled each profile one by one and ran the install script after each time added a profile. Also, as Keith suggest make sure you don't have any profiles with names that are longer than 38 characters. 
Good luck, I know it's frustrating to figure out.
