Hi folks,
All of a sudden my qtr driver isn't available in the print tool dialog box or the Photoshop print dialog box. Is there an expiration date for the shareware? Do I need to enter a code or something? I see no code on the PayPal receipt to use. I'm on a Mac if that matters. Thanks for any help!

Hi Erik,What is missing, the printer (QuadXXXX) or the driver (QuadToneRIP)?Can you see the printer in the left panel of "System Preferences > Printers & Scanners" with a green dot under the printer's name?Jose2017-04-02 12:28 GMT+02:00 Mark Savoia mark@... Yes Keith, I had one that was 46 letters long. It was part of the group I tried to reinstall with a copy and paste all at once. I haven't tried to add it back yet. I wonder if that caused my problems? In any case, now that it seems to be working I don't want to try to install that one unless I shorten the name! Regards, Erik

Hi Steven I did fix it but I'm not sure what actually fixed it. I reinstalled each profile one by one and ran the install script after each time added a profile. Also, as Keith suggest make sure you don't have any profiles with names that are longer than 38 characters. Good luck, I know it's frustrating to figure out. Regards, Erik
