You can't do what you want to do - print an image toned in PS - using QTR and retain the toning. QTR prints using the black inks, and any toning using the coloured inks is embedded in the curve. For most printers QTR ships with warm, neutral and cool curves, and you can mix these and split-tone. But the toning is inherent in each curve. You'll have to print your image using the Epson driver or a colour RIP. That's what I have to do for photographers who want images like yours printed, because in essence they are now colour images, not B&W images that you're printing with toning.
