Was Having the same problem with the Ultrachrome excel sheets.
I sent an email to Richard and he sent me a new excel sheet. Apparently there is some issue of incompatibility, especially with update of office 365. His email response:
"Ijust updated to the newest version of Excel for macOS and am now getting the same problem
with the scroll buttons.
These tools were developed in Office 2011 for mac and work flawlessly there. They were also
working with the previous version of Office 2016 for mac but the newest update is causing all these problems. "
