Re: [QuadtoneRIP] QTR ink descriptor file - definition of items...

I don’t know why you’d be reluctant to post that question here. This should be the best place to get such information on the subject. I hope someone has it, as I too have been craving the same in depth insight.. But, to date, trying to get it has been similar to pulling teeth. I wish I had the answers. But alas, I join with you in the search.

Subject: [QuadtoneRIP] QTR ink descriptor file - definition of items...

My brain is convinced that somewhere in the past I read a very good description of the various items included in the ink descriptor file from which the ..quad files are generated. I have been bothering the Google system for quite a while now trying to find it again...to no avail.

I was reluctant to post asking about this, but finally decided to.

Does anybody have such a description they can point me to? (I'm just trying to better understand the whys and hows what I'm seeing.)
