The shape of the generic starter curve makes it really flexible. It was based around a Palladium/NA2 mix, but an I have used it for everything from cyanotype to graded silver chloride contact paper. I am working on an update with new starter curves and instructions for use with Multigrade IV (as well as some other new features). The trouble with using it on variable contrast papers now is the way the yellow ink lowers contrast as more is used. I'm testing new ways of blending the inks for less perceptible dots in the midtones and highlights, and should have that finished up on Friday. Hope that helps, Richard Boutwell http://www.richardboutwell.com/ http://www.bwmastery.com/
