Sorry about your problems. I flatten my tiffs, resize to the exact size I am printing and 360 dpi for my Epson printer and save with no compression. I only use QTR for DTP photogravure so my experience is limited. Were you able to print with an earlier version of windows, if so use the virtual machine available in windows and print with that earlier version.

Yes using it very successfully, need to run the QTRgui as administrator, in some cases it will put your quad files in user\appdata.. Make sure that you are using the latest version, has some Win 10 fixes.
