QTR-Quadtone RIP

I am working with OSX Tiger and a 7500 and the Harrington RIP.  I am getting 
posteriorization like mad.  

I did a nozzle check and compared the densities of the inks with the color chart of the nozzle 
check and the yellow (K4) and the and magenta (K5)  are at best the same density and at 
worst the magenta actually appears denser.  All the others appear to be obviously in the right 
order of density. I have pulled the carts twice and checked that my positions are correct with 
the labels on the carts.

I think the inks are labeled incorrectly, or the info on where to put each in at the Inkjet Mall 
site <http://www.inkjetmall.com/store/piezok7/k6-ink-positions.html> is wrong.


Can anyone help?
