Hi Howard, Just to say that I have my 2100 direct connected to my PC but I have an 1160 and a 4000 connected through a wireless Belkin 802.11g connection. Both printers work very fast although they are in the same room as the PC, (I get accused of taking over too many rooms in the house already) also with the heavier papers you sometimes need to help the paper through as they don't always load automatically.I have just done a test on the 1160 and it was very fast. I have no info on your other suggestion. Regards Gerry www.gerrycoe.co.uk --- In QuadtoneRIP@yahoogroups.com, Howard Shaw <glassman@b...> wrote: > > Apologies if this is a little off topic.
