yup, i am refering to the new epson inks... versus the old ultrachromes 
that epson2200 uses.

maybe it'll guide you on what is a good combination...

i haven't tried the new epson inkset yet, but there are lots of good 
reviews...and i really wish to get more Dmax...

my epson 2200 w. UC inks and epson matte paper gives me blocky 
shadows... (i only notice it because i traditionally print on fiber 
based paper)  it could also be how i post process in photoshop as well...
