Ed, Thanks for your help. My problem seems to be that, when I launch ProfileMaker (or go to the folder and open MeasureTool directly) it opens in a demo mode that only allows device configuration and Chart generator. "Measuring" is grayed out. Also, if I try loading the text files that contain the information needed to generate/print a calibration test chart (the "Load Reference file"), I get an error message that says "Illegal color data type (Error 20704)". I wish some other way was available to read/measure the gray patches necessary to create a custom paper profile for QTR. I have a feeling GMB figured people were able to use the demo for just this purpose and disabled it in the demo (at least the one I have).
