Nemo, try the following steps exactly. 1. attach spectro and open measuretool. you will see the disclaimer: this demo will only run in a limited mode, etc. 2. go to tools item in menu bar and select: instrument = eye-one, radio button = reflection. note: if the radio button already says reflection, change it to another button and then back again. make sure that in the lower left hand portion of the instrument configuration menu you see "OK" rather than "Not found." 3. select "measuring" from the tools palette. you should then be able to load your chart. --- In QuadtoneRIP@yahoogroups.com, "nemoniemann" <nemophoto@...> wrote: > > Ed, > > Thanks for your help.
