I'm surprised you can't get MeasureTool to work.  What version number 
is it?
But using i1Share is fine.

You ought to get similar results from QTR as you got with the ICC files
but I haven't tried that setup.   If you send me the profile (i.e. the 
.qidf file)
and if possible some small scans of the output, I'll see if there's 
something
to try.
