Roy, Thanks for your response. The version of ProfileMaker I downloaded was 5.5. I've since gotten fairly proficient using EyeOne iShare for my readings. The dithering problem I finally solved, after numerous combinations, by using Adaptive Hybrid and Better. I'd still be happy to send you the .qidf if you'd like. Perhaps you can suggest some improvements. I'm still trying to figure out the ins and outs of the software.
