Same thing happened to me, L was fine but a and b were zeros. Here's what Roy told me and it worked. Just make sure the file has headers for each column. If your L column has written L* it will not work. Change it to L. Hope this formats in the browser - the spacing might be a little off: L A B 94.33 0.70 -2.93 90.50 0.82 -2.64 86.33 0.87 -2.32 82.04 0.83 -2.00 77.78 0.92 -1.94 73.79 1.02 -1.71 69.42 1.05 -1.50 ...............
