As a follow up...
Ink Jet Mall were extremely helpful to the local print house, and
they indicated the installed \u201coriginal Cone six ink set,\u201d would only
work with \u201cBW Pro.\u201d
IJM also indicated the original Cone ink cartridges would not be
recognized by QTR. The technician from IJM was surprised that
a print emerged from the printer with QTR, and this set of ink
cartridges.
That said, new K6 ink cartridges designed to work with QTR,
are on order.
