OK. The ink descriptor file errors are a secondary problem. The real problem is the file not found. We have discovered the cause of this error and are working on a fix. You can make a work-around by copying the file c:/Program Files/QuadToneRIP/ppd/Quad1280.ppd as c:/Program Files/QuadToneRIP/ppd/Quad1280-UT2.ppd. Of course if you have installed QuadToneRIP in a different folder, make the appropriate changes to the file path. -Stephen www.sbillard.org/Stephen > -----Original Message----- > From: QuadtoneRIP@yahoogroups.com > [mailto:QuadtoneRIP@yahoogroups.com] On Behalf Of Johnny Eades > Sent: Thursday, March 02, 2006 11:02 AM > To: QuadtoneRIP@yahoogroups.com > Subject: [QuadtoneRIP] Re: QuadToneRIP version 2.4 released, Mac & PC > > > The printing model is listed as Epson 1280-UT2 and when curve > creation is selected a window pops up titled "Quadtone Front > End and shows File Not Found".
