Ok, I think I've got the issue.

The ZIP compression is not supported, but the LZW compression
is supported.  There isn't a 64-bit issue with this.
It makes no difference whether you save on a Mac or PC
nor whether you select Mac or PC byte order.  (BTW, new intel macs have PC order).
Also if it's an RGB file, Pixel Order should be "interleaved".

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
