QTR-Quadtone RIP

It looks like GretagMacBeth has at least three different 
colorimeters/spectrophotometers.  They have an "Eye-One colorimeter" 
that comes with the "Display 2" package (about $250) and 
the "accelerated Eye-One Pro spectrophotometer" that comes with 
the "Design" package, about $1000.  Then there is the "Eye-One Pro 
with UV cutoff filter.  The Eye-One Pro (without UV filter) cannot be 
upgraded to a Eye-One Pro with UV filter.
  
Which of these three instruments does the ICC profile generator work 
with?  Can instruments from other manufacturers be used with QTR's 
profile software?  Specifically, can the Sequel 4CL be used with QTR?
