QTR-Quadtone RIP

I am using quadtone for the first time and I can't seem to find my 
paper in the drop down list. I use Red River Ultra Pro Satin which 
equals Epson Premium Lustre Photo Paper. Is there a type of paper in 
the list that's a good match? Also, I have the help file, but if 
anyone can send me an easy step by step for getting good black and 
white like you would from tmax film and darkroom paper, I would really 
appreciate it.
