You don't state which inkset. Assuming you're using Epson UC ink, you should
be using the Epson2200 Printing Model. That would give you a variety of
papers using the PK ink, designed for gloss type papers. You could try the
curves for Epson premium Semigloss or the MC Ceramic Lustre as starters.

These will all result in at least some degree of bronzing. You can reduce
the bronzing effect after printing by using a spray such as Premier Art
Print Shield.
