Hi Peter, I can't tell whether you are on a Mac or PC. On the PC 'scale-to-fit' is in QTRgui. You don't use Photoshop for scaling or positioning at all. On the Mac 'scale-to-fit-media' is in Photoshop Print with Preview. There is no 'scale-media'. But in any case always set the paper size first and then deal with scaling and positioning it.
