Hi Peter,
I can't tell whether you are on a Mac or PC. On the PC 'scale-to-fit'
is in QTRgui.
You don't use Photoshop for scaling or positioning at all.
On the Mac 'scale-to-fit-media' is in Photoshop Print with Preview.
There is no 'scale-media'. But in any case always set the paper size
first and
then deal with scaling and positioning it. Check to see if you have
some extra settings ON.
If you have a strange scale value set it to 100%.
