QTR-Quadtone RIP

I just installed QTR 2.4.2 on my Win XP computer and right off the bat 
am having a problem printing to my 9800 w/ matte black installed.  QTR 
is set for QUAD9800 and the correct printer is selected in the printer 
list.  The printer itself keeps coming up with the message,"mismatch 
error-make sure that the ink cart and drivcr settings match".  I've 
checked and they do, but QTR might be thinking that photo black is 
installed and the printer won't print.  I've reinstalled QTR, checked 
QTR settings for paper type, curve UCmk-EpsEnhmatte-warm, but the 
problem persists.  What am I missing or what else do I need to do?
