Hi Ian, Someone else had this problem. I've been looking into it but so far I haven't deciphered the magic sequence that the printer needs. I think I can get use of a R1800 next week to try some more ideas. I think most papers can be coaxed into the sheet feeder even if they are a bit thick. Give the paper a slight nudge as it is fed by printer.
