Difference is that the UINK carts have an auto-reset chip and do not need to be removed from the printer for refilling and chip resetting. They have a set of these priced at about the same level as a CFS. You could probably make your own from MIS supplies by getting their spongeless carts and adding auto-reset chips. Chips are $15 each so you save some but will still be expensive option.
