QTR-Quadtone RIP

I still had a lot of bronzing with the MIS-PRO inks. I got really good
results replacing the yellow cartridge in the MIS PRO inkset with gloss
optimizer though. I have some QTR profiles for that on my site.

Now I use the UT7 inkset with gloss optimizer in the yellow position. No
bronzing.
