This does seem a bit strange. The CS instructions say "Same as Source" which is equivalent to CS2 "No Color Management" as far as I've figured out. I've never used "Let printer determine colors" in any scenario and am not positive exactly what it does. QTR doesn't see the embedded profile so it can't use Color Management in the driver. So it's quite possible that they have the same effect. I'd use NoCM but it might be worth a test print to see if you find a difference.
