Hi Lionel, Are you sure you have the same settings each time? It's pretty unusual for you to get different results with the same settings. Your mention of it happening more in landscape vs portrait is suspicious since that is entirely handled in OS X before QTR sees the page. There was a fix for the R1800 in version 2.4.3 so it is important that you use that version rather than 2.4.2. The R1800 is particular picky about the Paper Feed slot you use. If you use the single sheet slot in the back its very important that Paper Feed has Manual Roll (Rear) selected. If you have been using the standard sheet feed maybe its having trouble with the heavy Photo Rag -- try the Manual Roll slot. I think its good with OSX to always print using Print with Preview. Use Page Setup from here so you get a view of the image on the page -- take notice of the 1/8 margin all around the edge. If it's uneven you might have a Format for Any Printer. In the Print dialog use separate Presets for all your standard setups. Any custom selections are always lost on the next Print command. (Feed is a very easy one to miss). Hope that helps.
