QTR-Quadtone RIP

I downloaded the .jpg file and printed it using my current profile for
Ilford Smooth Glossy created with PrintfixPro and printed through
Photoshop CS2,and am not sure what it is that I should be looking for.
I see offset gradations pretty much all the way through.
