QTR-Quadtone RIP

On the Mac QTR is just another printer. In Photoshop select;

File>Page Setup...

or select:

File>Print with Preview and press the Page Setup... button;

then in the Page Setup dialog select your QTR printer in the middle  
pull-down menu "Format for: " (where it defaults to "Any Printer").  
Your printer will be named QUADxxxx.
