Paul, The password needed is your admin password for installations. This is a Mac OS X thing not QTR. The Mac version is a bit different in that it's not a separate program. It's just part of the OS X print system. You'll need to run Install-QTR-2.4.3.pkg and then one of the install scripts for the printer/ink you are using. For instance: Profiles/2100-2200-UC/Install2100 Once you do this there's a Quad2100 printer and you just print to it. The familiar options will be available in the QuadToneRIP print dialog page.
