QTR-Quadtone RIP

Unfortunately there are no pre-done curves in QTR for the 10000. So  
no curve choices. And I can't make any because the printer will not  
print. Roy looked at the code in QTR for the 10000 and figured out  
what is wrong, said he would fix in next version. Guess I will just  
wait.
