Print Orientation Problem

Hi,
I am using QTR 2.4.3 for OS 10.3.9 with photoshop CS and an epson 9600 UC.  The 
problem is that I print a 4 inch wide by 20 inch high strip on 24 inch roll paper, set to 
landscape, and it prints it vertically as a portrait.  When I invert the settings (paper 
dimensions and portrait setting) it prints the exact same way.  Any suggestions?

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
