Print Orientation Problem

Hi, I am using QTR 2.4.3 for OS 10.3.9 with photoshop CS and an epson 9600 UC. The problem is that I print a 4 inch wide by 20 inch high strip on 24 inch roll paper, set to landscape, and it prints it vertically as a portrait. When I invert the settings (paper dimensions and portrait setting) it prints the exact same way. Any suggestions?
