QTR-Quadtone RIP

I went to make a profile using QTR create-icc for HPR on my Epson 2200
loaded with Cone NK7 inks.  Printed a target with the 2880 HPR curve
that comes with QTR.  First thing I noticed after printing out
the step-wedge from QTR was some bleeding on the darkest patch,
visible with the naked eye.  With a loupe, the next darkest patch also
has some bleed (slight) into adjacent patches.  Is this going to be a
problem?  Suggestions?
