QTR-Quadtone RIP

The only reference to Centered in the User Guide is on page 8. It describes the
check box referenced below. At least on the PC, there is NO other option. Since
the parameter interface to the underlying software is identical on the MAC, I
doubt there is another version there either.

I know about that one but another better truly centered option is mentioned in
the PDF set of instructions.  

I should I believe see a choice offered under the paper size menu for centered
that is above and beyond the Epson choice under the "print with preview" window.
Again this is mentioned in the PDF but maybe it isn't offered when you use a
2200 but is when you use another printer.
