Neil,
The "Centered" paper options are for printers that have un-centered
printable
areas. The Pro printers all enforce a .55 inch bottom margin which
makes the
printable area un-centered. All the desktop printers such as the 2200
allow
a .125 inch bottom margin that is the same as the top. So for the
2200 all
the paper selections are already Centered.
There is one caveat: this small bottom margin needs an exit roller in
the printer
and the switch from entry roller to exit roller can give a reduction in
quality. So
I prefer to always give generous margins -- but the print centering is
nice.
