QTR-Quadtone RIP

Hi,
I'm new to the group and the QuadToneRIP.  I got my cartidges and
software install (PC, XP, 1.5GB memory, Epson 1280 printer, using
Piezophotography K6 set) I've been getting some nice results using
Lightroom and this setup but I excited to see the piezo inks and RIP
results. As I said I got everything installed and seems to be
functioning properly except when I print rom QuadtoneRIP my print
comes out Squished or compressed to the right side of the print.  I've
read the manual and there is very little reference to the placement
and scale settings in the program and I don't get any 'outside
printable area' errors' I have tried print with both of those settings
on and off with the same result. Does any one know where this is
coming from. Also I am printing on the 1280 with Epson Heavy Matte.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. The squished prints look pretty
nice as far as detail, sure will be nice to see them full size.
