QTR-Quadtone RIP

I have uploaded a new QTRgui which will accept the more refined max length
parameters. No need to modify the PPDs.

Oh darn, I fixed some of the max length paper sizes and some pro printer values
come out a decimal value.   The easy workaround is to edit the PPD file 
for
the printer -- see PPDs/Quad4800.ppd -- just take off the ".6" on the number.
