QTR-Quadtone RIP

Hi
Running a Quad PPC, 10.4.8. Installed 2.5 for my 3800. Loaded up inseparation.psd into CS2, 
set up no color management; selected printer; chose calibration; hit print button... nothing.

Watching closely, I see the driver load; the job spool; the printer clicks a bit; cleans the head; 
moves the paper into position... and then ejects the paper. Nothing will print.

Must be missing some step, eh?

Suggestions so I can try again, when I'm done slapping my forehead?
